概要：
青白のパーミッション。
序盤をボードコントロールや打ち消し呪文で凌ぎ、中盤を《永遠のドラゴン》等によるアドバンテージの獲得に向け、頃合を見てフィニッシャーを出すか、《ミシュラの工廠》でライフを削り勝負を決める、典型的なパーミッションの構成である。
尚、このデッキでは《狡猾な願い》によるシルバーバレットが使用されていない。
解説：
非常に優等生的な構成であり、どのようなデッキ相手でも互角以上に戦える。
安定性もずば抜けていて、『事故』とは殆ど無縁と言って良い。
プレイングも簡単で、いくつかのポイントさえ抑えておけば、初心者にも充分に扱えるデッキである(基本的にパーミッションは高度なプレイングを必要としない)。
またサイドボードも非常にバランスの良い構築に成功し、ヴィンテージに慣れてないプレイヤーは、これをテンプレートとしてメタに合わせてチューンするのが良いだろう。
デッキ名の由来：
『スランプを脱せよ』の意。
浮き沈みの少ないデッキであり、調子の悪い時にはこのデッキを使って『勝ちの感覚』を取り戻すのも一つの方法だろう。
Fluorite(フローライト(螢石))は青紫から白へ、美しいグラデーションを奏でる宝石である。
